Bible Fellowship Teachers: Adult Calvary members are needed to lead weekly small group classes for our senior high and junior high students. This rewarding position requires a love for students and an ability to creatively communicate God’s word. Time Commitment: 1½ hour on Sunday mornings for Bible teaching, one hour on Wednesday nights for Bible Fellowship leaders meeting, in addition to class preparation time.

The Edge Leaders: The Edge is a mid-week gathering for Jr. High students featuring worship, Bible study, activities, and special events designed to meet the needs of teenagers in our community. Volunteers need to be capable of interacting with students in an informal and exciting environment. Time Commitment: 1 ½ hours on Wednesday nights.

The Loft Leaders: The Loft is a mid-week gathering for high school students featuring contemporary music from a live band and a challenging message from God’s word. Volunteers need to be capable of interacting with students in an informal and exciting environment. Time Commitment: 1 ½ hours on Wednesday nights.

Discipleship Group Leaders: Student groups for 7th-12th graders meet every week for Bible study, prayer, fellowship and accountability. Meeting times and locations vary with each group. These groups are led by adults, college students, and older students. Time Commitment: About two hours each week: one hour leading meetings and one hour for correspondence and preparation.

Seasonal Activities: Volunteers are needed as camp counselors, camp nurses, and chaperones for mission trips, retreats, and other activities. Time Commitment: varies from one night to one week.

Mentors: Mentors are people who nurture, support, and encourage students to become more like Christ in a one-on-one environment. Time Commitment: varies.

Prayer Partners: A prayer partner is someone who, each week, prays specifically for students, student ministry staff, leaders, parents, and special needs within the student ministries area. Time Commitment: varies.

Scholarship Sponsors: If you are burdened for teenagers but can not be involved in weekly ministries, you can sponsor a student for summer camp or a mission trip with a financial contribution to the business office. Time Commitment: None.
